Qualifications

• Able to lift 25–75 pounds and stay active for an entire shift.
• Able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a grocery warehouse setting.
• Dependable attendance and readiness to work.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience; training may be provided.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload groceries from trailers and move freight to designated areas.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts as assigned.
• Manually handle cases when needed.
• Build, move, and organize pallets for workflow.
• Inspect freight and report damaged or misplaced items.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety and equipment procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
