Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and inspect and document product condition.
• Record where products are stored in the warehouse.
• Pull, organize, and stage furniture for deliveries and installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory for customer orders and asset-management accounts.
• Safely move, store, and handle furniture and other products.
• Process merchandise returns and document disposition.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, organized, and efficient.
• Communicate with teammates and other departments to keep projects moving.
• Support installation teams for successful jobs.
• Use visual tools and KPIs to track workload and progress.
• Identify problems, suggest solutions, and reduce waste.
• Look for opportunities to improve quality and customer experience.
