Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is hiring for a Warehouse Selector in Aberdeen, MD. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, staying active and accurate throughout the shift. The role offers training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one.

Typical shifts are 7 am until finished, four days on and three days off, with opportunities for career progression and tuition reimbursement. This position requires standing, lifting, and walking long distances daily.

Qualifications

• General equivalency diploma (GED) or high school diploma required.
• Experience not required; training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using order sheets or headset.
• Stack items on pallets for loading and shipping.
• Ensure orders are accurate while following safety standards.
• Operate walkie-rider or pallet jack to move cases and apply labels.
• Wrap products safely to prevent damage.
• Report differences in quantities or descriptions to supervision.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Lift varying weights safely throughout shift.
• Follow all material handling safety procedures.
