C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Aberdeen, MD. You will pick items, stack pallets, and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. The role requires standing, lifting, and operating pallet handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day one, PTO/holiday pay, and opportunities for career progression. Expect a 7 am start with a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule at the Aberdeen, MD location.

Qualifications

• General Equivalency Diploma or High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using order sheets or audio headset.
• Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while following safety standards.
• Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to move products to pallets and apply labels.
• Using proper wrapping techniques to secure products and prevent damages.
• Informing supervisor of any quantity or description discrepancies.
• Performing equipment inspections and completing forms.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying weights and heights.
• Adhering to all material handling equipment safety procedures.
