ProSource Wholesale is hiring a Warehouse & Sales Coordinator in Lancaster to join our hands-on, fast-paced team. You will handle warehouse operations, customer service, and sales support to ensure a smooth flow of products to customers.

Responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, forklift operation, order preparation, inventory management, and building relationships with trade professionals. This role offers growth into an Account Manager position and a team-focused environment with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring products are accurate and ready for customers.
• Operate a forklift/tow motor to load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Pull, prepare, and organize orders for customer pickup and delivery.
• Manage inventory and maintain an organized warehouse.
• Build relationships with trade professionals and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Support sales and showroom efforts by helping grow member relationships and identify value opportunities.
• Work with the Sales Manager and showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, safe, and professional following safety procedures.
