Job summary

Foamcraft in Goshen, IN is seeking a hands-on team member to bundle and wrap foam products and help load shipments. The role is fast-paced, physical, and organized around accurate quantities and safety rules.

You’ll move materials, tag packages, and support other areas as needed. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience helps, but a positive, dependable attitude is most important in this entry-level, full-time position. Pay starts at $15 per hour with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• You should be dependable and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Gather materials to ensure proper order completion.
• Pack foam in the proper quantities.
• String tie, plastic wrap, or bags as directed.
• Mark foam or attach labels to packages as directed.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Stay organized and keep materials clean and accessible.
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently.
• Load trucks for shipment and support other areas when needed.
