Job summary

Foamcraft, Inc. in Elkhart, IN is seeking a full-time packer to prepare foam products for shipping. You’ll be on your feet, moving materials, and helping load trucks, ensuring quantities meet customer specifications.

You’ll keep work areas organized, follow safety rules, and support teammates in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience helps, but is not required.

Pay starts at $15 per hour; higher consideration for prior experience.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to ~50 lbs and moves materials safely.

At Foamcraft, we make real products used every day. This role is critical to making that happen—you’re the one bundling and wrapping custom foam fabrication in specific quantity amounts per the customers specifications and assisting in loading the truck to ship.

What you’ll do

• Gathers materials to ensure proper order completion


• Pack foam in the proper quantities


• String tie, plastic wrap, or plastic bag materials as directed


• Mark foam or attach labels to packages as directed


• Observing all safety rules and regulations


• Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access


• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently


• Loading the trucks for shipment


• Step in to support other areas when needed
