The ideal candidate has 3+ years of digitization experience, TS clearance in good standing, and proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years digitization or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years with active TS Poly clearance good standing.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Windows MS based applications.
• Document inventory and preparation of hardcopy or microform assets for scanning.
• Experience with digitization hardware and QA/QC for images.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC/QA on scanned outputs for image quality and accuracy.
• Identify, report, and correct discrepancies in asset inventories.
• Create metadata and deliver deliverables meeting project instructions.
• Assist in training new staff and support digitization management.
• Lead or support project tracking, status, and risk communications.
