Job summary

Fidelity Investments' Client Services Brokerage team seeks a skilled professional to support active traders by guiding them through market activity, stock and option orders, and related questions. You will build trusted client relationships through inbound interactions and provide education to help clients invest confidently.

Licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 required; Series 4 preferred. You will apply knowledge of markets, products, and regulations to connect clients with tools and solutions

Qualifications

• Series 7 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
• Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
