Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Client Services Broker to support its most active traders. You will guide them through market activity, process securities transactions, and answer trading-related questions with clear, client-friendly explanations.

Ideal candidates will hold Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, with Series 4 preferred, and bring experience in financial services, trading support, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA licenses (Series 7 and Series 63) required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations or trading support.
• Knowledge of markets, investment products, and regulatory environment.
• Experience supporting trading activities across equities, options, funds, and fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Guide traders through market activity and securities transactions.
• Answer trading-related questions and provide education and support to clients.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions.
• Build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions and problem solving.
