Job summary

Qualifications

• YMCA Group Exercise Instructor Certification or an equivalent group exercise certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional appearance and adherence to the YMCA Group Exercise Dress Policy.

Responsibilities

• Record participant numbers after each class in the Aerobic Binder.
• Maintain proper safety regulations and conditions.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and a neat appearance.
• Provide individual coaching and guidance tailored to participants’ fitness levels.
• Ensure classes are enjoyable and physically challenging.
