Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking an Off Duty Officer to serve and safeguard clients across industries in Tupelo, Mississippi. This role focuses on patrolling, enforcing site-specific policies, and responding to incidents to maintain public safety.

The position requires active law enforcement with post certification, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and the ability to work at least 18/21 depending on armed status. Compensation is $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be an active law enforcement officer with post certification.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Patrol property, maintain order and public safety.
• Provide client safety services and enforce site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct patrols and manage security at client sites.
• Assist in safety procedures and escorts as needed.
