Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a Tupelo, MS site. You will provide courteous customer service, enforce site-specific safety policies, monitor activity, perform patrols, and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment.

This is a full-time position with weekly pay and a clear path for career progression within a leading security services company. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and 401k; comprehensive training; and

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check and drug screen required by policy
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions
