Job summary

Caring Transitions of Northwest Atlanta is seeking reliable, hands-on movers to assist seniors and families during relocations, downsizing, and home cleanouts. This part-time, in-person role offers a steady schedule with hours typically Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and pays $17.00 per hour with weekly direct deposit.

Ideal candidates are able to lift 50+ lbs, possess a Georgia driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely move furniture.
• Comfortable with physical, active work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Respectful and professional with seniors and families.

Responsibilities

• Move and load furniture and heavy household items during moves, estate sale prep, auction pickup days, and cleanouts.
• Load trailers or dumpsters for donation, recycling, or disposal and assist with drop-offs.
• Work inside homes following safety guidelines and best practices.
• Adapt to different job sites, tasks, and client needs—no two days are the same.
