Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Active Living Coordinator to join the Arbor Hills Memory care team. This full-time role supports residents with engaging activities, events, and entertainment, enriching daily life and building a thriving community.

Day shift, 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, with a starting rate of $16 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and more, plus paid time off and referral opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large groups
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Active Living Coordinators, and Caregivers for our Living Well program
• Perform other duties as assigned
