Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small-group and large-group settings.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events.
• Partner with the Active Living Director and other Coordinators for our Living Well program.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Active Living Coordinator to join our Active Living Department at Waverly Inn memory care. This is a part‑time opportunity, with earnings between $17 and $19 per hour, depending on experience. Multiple shifts are available; hours may vary.

You enjoy entertaining. This role works closely with residents and families to assess their interests and needs. You’ll help design, plan, and provide entertainment, special events, and activities that enrich residents’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• Engage residents one‑on‑one and in small‑group and large‑group settings
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Active Living Coordinators, and caregivers for our Living Well program
• Perform other duties as assigned
