Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Active Living Coordinator to join the Active Living Department at The Park at Belle Harbour. Day shifts are available, with full-time and part-time opportunities and hourly compensation between $24 and $25, depending on experience.

You will engage residents, plan and execute entertainment, events, and activities that enrich lives and work closely with residents, families, and care staff to design engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large groups.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events.
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Coordinators, and Caregivers for Living Well program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You enjoy entertaining. This role works closely with residents and families to assess interests and needs of the residents. You’ll get to participate in designing, planning, and providing entertainment, special events, and other activities which enrich the lives of residents!
