Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality of employer, team members, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop activities by designing and implementing programs for residents, including those transitioning from AL to Memory Care.
• Deliver, lead, or conduct program activities in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate at least one family activity per month.
• Present a professional demeanor reflecting service and resident-focused care.
• Observe residents and communicate potential difficulties to the team.
• Encourage and motivate residents in all areas and assist as needed.
• Participate in training offered by the employer.
