Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver in Eau Claire, WI. This role involves transporting employees to inventory events, counting stock with handheld scanners, and maintaining accuracy to boost earnings through a performance-based pay program.

The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for overtime or higher earnings. A valid driver’s license for 36+ months and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values at all times
