Job summary

Augment in Circle Pines, MN is hiring Driver Helpers to support professional truck drivers on residential and commercial routes. This is active, full-time work that gets you outside and moving each day.

You will lift and load containers, ride along routes, and help ensure safe, timely pickups while staying within safety guidelines. No prior experience is required for entry-level candidates; you must pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and ready to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
