Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer with Active Clearance for an unarmed patrol role in El Segundo, CA. You will monitor aerospace/defense facilities, perform patrols, and uphold access-control procedures while delivering professional customer service.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $40.20 per hour. Candidates should have at least 1 year of security experience and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance, plus relevant certifications or licenses as noted.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site policies.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of aerospace/defense facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols.
• Prepare activity logs and incident reports for leadership.
