Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Business Analyst focusing on Active Directory and PowerShell to bridge business stakeholders with IAM engineering. You will analyze identity and access processes, document context, and propose group cleanups, entitlement rationalization, and access-package design.

This contract role emphasizes analysis and recommendations; implementation will be handled by technical teams. Collaboration with security and IT is essential to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM, identity governance, RBAC, access-package design, or entitlement rationalization.
• Experience supporting Active Directory cleanup, group analysis, RBAC, or access-review initiatives.
• Experience using PowerShell for data analysis, reconciliation, automation, or reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows related to identity, requests, incidents, changes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IAM, Information Security, Infrastructure, application owners, IT support teams, and business stakeholders to understand Active Directory groups and access requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and sessions to document how access is used across applications, teams, and business functions.
• Translate technical analysis into clear recommendations for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Extract and analyze Active Directory users, groups, memberships, attributes, and access relationships.
