Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Active Directory Administrator to design, implement, and maintain directory services and PKI across the enterprise. The role focuses on AD forest schema, domain controllers, DNS, site topology, and security hardening.

You will back up systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and document configurations while providing guidance to junior admins and ensuring production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with AD forest schema, sites, and replication.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and DNS.
• Experience implementing PKI and certificate services.
• Ability to perform STIG checks and patch management.
• Strong documentation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer AD and PKI infrastructure and ensure availability.
• Manage DCs, DNS, and AD Site topology.
• Implement security hardening and Group Policy configurations.
• Plan, design, and document Directory Services and PKI infrastructure.
• Provide high-level technical support and post-project assistance.
