Job summary

Hy-Vee Fitchburg is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to join our General Department for a part-time role. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, bag items, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and welcoming. Training is provided; no formal education or experience required.

You will work in a team to ensure a positive shopping experience and a well-organized store environment. Shifts are active and involve helping customers, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and assisting them throughout the store.
• Package customer purchases and assist in transporting them to their vehicle.
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise; maintain shelves and clean areas including registers, break room, and restrooms.
• Help train new courtesy clerks and work with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction.
