Hy-Vee Inc. welcomes applicants for a Courtesy Clerk role. As part of the General department, you will assist customers from the register to their vehicle, keep aisles clean, stock, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

This hourly position requires staying active, working nights and weekends, and coordinating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.

Competenze

• No education or experience requirements; training provided.
• Ability to stand/walk frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service; greet customers with a smile and help them.
• Package purchases and assist customers in transporting them to their vehicle.
• Keep store clean and organized; stock shelves and merchandise.
• Return carts from parking lot and manage cart corrals.
• Meet store policies and maintain personal hygiene and dress standards.
