The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Aging Strong Coordinator to build relationships and deliver Aging Well programs. The role reports to the director and regional coordinator, delivering and tracking activities, with a pay range of $15-$16 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Word and Excel, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse groups. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required or current.

The Active Adult Facilitator will work with the director and their regional coordinator to deliver and track activities. The pay range for this position would be $15-$16 per hour.
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups of individuals. Ability to stand for long periods of time and sufficient strength to lift and carry 25lbs. Must be able to set equipment and the room as needed for related programs. Candidates must have at least two years relevant work experience (preferably with older adults and youth and family) and current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
