Responsibilities

• Direct management and execution of initial outfitting and transition project.
• Create and maintain baseline schedules and master integrated schedules.
• Monitor schedule deviations and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule progress reports and trend charts.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor personnel.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders.
• Forecast resources and ensure invoicing aligns.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Attend project meetings and influence critical path decisions.
