Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Activation Engineer to serve as the on-site engineering and technical expert for activating new buildings. You will work closely with the Sr. Engineering Project Manager to ensure projects launch on time, within budget, and with fully integrated automation systems.

You will lead greenfield activations, provide technical oversight, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable capacity and productivity gains. Expect travel to sites up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Passion for understanding and applying supply chain automation technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job SummaryThe Activation Engineer will serve as the local engineering and technical expert at NAPA's new building sites, working closely with the Sr. Engineering Project Manager to ensure the successful activation of facilities from the ground up. This role is crucial in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in full, while leveraging expertise in supply chain automation technologiesThe Activation Engineer will be the on-site resource responsible for overseeing the activation of new buildings, providing technical guidance and support throughout the process.
