TechDigital Group in Raleigh, NC seeks a senior Actimize specialist to design, implement, and optimize fraud prevention systems. You will translate business risk requirements into robust Actimize rule strategies, workflows, and case management solutions, collaborating with risk, operations, and IT teams.

You will lead end-to-end Actimize deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor teams on best practices.

Formación

• Expertise with Actimize modules (IFM/RCM/AIS) and related design/configuration activities.
• SQL, data analysis, web services, and system integrations for Actimize projects.
• Strong background in card and payment fraud and risk management.
• Ability to translate risk requirements into Actimize rule strategies, workflows and case management.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Actimize implementations, upgrades, migrations.
• Knowledge of data models, alert generation, routing logic and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with business, operations, risk and IT stakeholders.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues to improve detection.
• Familiar with SDLC, release management, and testing in enterprise settings.
• Mentor teams on Actimize capabilities and fraud workflows.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Actimize IFM, RCM, and AIS, including solution design, configuration, rule development, workflows, and alert management.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, web services, and system integrations required for Actimize implementations and enhancements.
• Good experience in card fraud, payment fraud, and risk management domains with a deep understanding of fraud detection strategies and investigation processes.
• Ability to translate business and risk requirements into effective Actimize rule strategies, workflows, and case management solutions.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Actimize implementations, upgrades, migrations activities.
• Good knowledge of data models, alert generation processes, routing logic, and performance optimization within the Actimize ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate with business, operations, risk teams, and technical stakeholders to drive fraud prevention initiatives.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues recommending improvements to enhance detection effectiveness.
• Familiarity with SDLC, release management, GitHub, and testing processes in enterprise environments.
• Capable of mentoring teams on Actimise product capabilities, best practices, and fraud management workflows.
