Job summary

Natsoft is seeking a hands-on Actimise specialist to design and implement fraud prevention workflows in our enterprise environments. You will translate risk requirements into robust Actimise rules and integrate with data models, alert routing, and case management.

The role demands experience with end-to-end Actimise deployments, upgrades, and migrations, plus strong SQL/data analysis skills and collaboration with risk and technical teams. Mentoring will be part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Actimise IFM, RCM and AIS, including rule strategies.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience in card and payment fraud with risk management focus.
• Translate business and risk requirements into Actimise rules and workflows.
• End-to-end Actimise implementations, upgrades and migrations experience.
• Knowledge of data models, alert generation, routing and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business, operations, risk and technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements.
• Familiar with SDLC, release management, GitHub, testing in enterprise environments.
• Mentor teams on Actimise capabilities and fraud workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Actimise solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and tune Actimise rules, workflows, and alerting.

Job description

Strong hands-on expertise in Actimise IFM, RCM, and AIS, including solution design, configuration, rule development, workflows, and alert management.

• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, web services, and system integrations required for Actimise implementations and enhancements.
• Good experience in card fraud, payment fraud, and risk management domains with a deep understanding of fraud detection strategies and investigation processes.
• Ability to translate business and risk requirements into effective Actimise rule strategies, workflows, and case management solutions.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Actimise implementations, upgrades, migrations activities.
• Good knowledge of data models, alert generation processes, routing logic, and performance optimization within the Actimise ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate with business, operations, risk teams, and technical stakeholders to drive fraud prevention initiatives.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues recommending improvements to enhance detection effectiveness.
• Familiarity with SDLC, release management, GitHub, and testing processes in enterprise environments.
• Capable of mentoring teams on Actimise product capabilities, best practices, and fraud management workflows.
