Job summary

Infosys Limited, a leader in digital services for financial institutions, seeks a Domain Project Lead 1 in the United States. You will develop timelines, coordinate between technical teams and clients, and guide advisory initiatives across AML and Actimize platforms.

Qualifications include AML/Actimize experience, SQL, and project management. Willingness to relocate or travel and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship are required.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities

• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in AML, Actimize AML - CTR
• Experience with Actimize SAM,CDD, WLF and IFM solutions, SQL skills

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in AML, Fraud and Fin crime knowledge preferred
• Experience in Data Base PL/ SQL skills
