Qualifications

• Experience administering NICE Actimize environments.
• Strong database performance tuning capabilities.
• Experience across Development, QA, UAT and Production.
• Ability to develop and maintain runbooks and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NICE Actimize environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Manage database objects, schema changes, deployments, and application releases.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, query execution, indexing, and system health.
• Troubleshoot application and database-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and resolution.
• Perform database backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and capacity planning activities.
• Support Actimize application installations, configuration, and environment setup.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, application support, and development teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
