Job summary

Citibank, N.A. in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Applications Development Group Manager to lead Actimize-related development and support efforts.

You will provide technical leadership, manage vendor relationships, and drive architectural direction for high-availability financial applications. The role requires extensive experience upgrading Actimize AIS/ActOne, deploying production code, and strengthening monitoring, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible experience with Actimize AIS/ActOne.
• Experience upgrading Actimize AIS/ActOne and performing production code deployments.
• Experience infrastructure upgrades in Oracle Databases, Linux OS, and WebSphere.
• Triaging production issues, performance tuning, and proposing stability improvements.
• Architecture reviews and improved monitoring, performance and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Actimize environmental and performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership and vendor management for Actimize applications.
• Develop and advocate for new solutions for monitoring, performance, stability, and functionality.
• Assess risk within applications and manage COB testing, CVEs, and patching.
• Manage team members, mentor juniors, allocate work, and lead knowledge sharing.
