Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc is seeking an experienced Actimize Administrator to oversee the administration, maintenance, and performance tuning of NICE Actimize platforms used for AML, fraud, and financial crime surveillance.

You will manage Oracle/SQL Server databases, coordinate deployments, monitor system health, and drive security and governance compliance across dev, QA, UAT, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Database and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience supporting NICE Actimize applications (AML, SAM, CDD, CTR, Fraud Management, IFM, etc.).
• Knowledge of database administration, performance tuning, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting.
• Experience with application deployments, upgrades, and production support.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and middleware technologies.
• Understanding of banking, AML, fraud detection, and financial crime compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, application support, and development teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
