Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an experienced F/ACT Specialist to join our integrated behavioral health team in Arizona.

You will provide advanced F/ACT and rehabilitative services as a senior staff member and perform Clinical Coordinator duties in their absence. Job Summary

The F/ACT Specialist is a senior F/ACT staff with a wide range of F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience. The F/ACT Specialist will perform the duties of the Clinical Coordinator in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator.

Education and Experience Required

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1 year of experience working on an F/ACT team preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with the SMI population required.
• Additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse preferred.
• Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
• Recovery from Alcohol or Drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred.
• Or a combination of education and experience.
