La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in southern New Mexico seeks an ACT Lead RN to provide programmatic support, supervise staff, manage medication support, and ensure service quality for adult mental health patients. This exempt role requires NM RN licensure and a Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant experience.

The position emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, confidentiality, and effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN License
• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience and one year of supervisory experience
• And/or Associate's degree and at least six years of full-time behavioral health work experience
• One year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff assignments and supervision within ACT team
• Ensure file compliance and administrative oversight
• Provide medication support and coordinate treatment plans for adults with mental health needs
• Support ACT Team Lead or Director when not available

Job Summary:

The ACT Lead RN provides programmatic support and oversight which includes staff assignments, file compliance, staff support, and medication support. Responsible for ensuring the effective provision of services and for the administrative supervision of the team. Provides services to adult mental health patients. Assists in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services. Will be available to provide support when the ACT TEAM LEAD or DIRECTOR is not available.
