Qualificações

• Master’s degree required; NYS licensure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts daily community visits with documentation per agency and OMH standards.
• Maintains initial assessments and service plans with required updates every 6 months.
• Provides individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Participates in daily and weekly clinical meetings and informs team of family issues.
