As an Access Control and CCTV Project Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, testing, and commissioning advanced Access Control and CCTV solutions for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, develop system designs, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project execution. The role involves working with various security systems, including Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI), Digital Video Manager (DVM), and other related platforms.
You will report directly to the TSI Lead Project Engineer, and you'll work out of our Houston facilities and at customer sites across the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, configure, and implement and integrate access control and CCTV systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Test and validate the functionality of Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements and develop system designs
• Work with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Access Control and CCTV systems with other security and building management systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support during project execution
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution effectiveness and efficiency.
• 75% Travel to customer industrial facilities within the US.
