Qualifications

• Experience with acrylic bath products, Bath Concepts or similar systems.
• 2+ years in carpentry, remodeling, or bath installation.
• Basic construction techniques and measurements.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements with tape, level, and square.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete full acrylic bath installations (typically 1-day remodels).
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work.
• Follow installation standards and job specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners during projects.
• Educate customers on care and maintenance of products.
• Complete paperwork and job photos.
• Load and organize tools and materials.
