Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bathroom remodeling or carpentry, own tools, and a valid driver's license. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering consistent opportunities and professional support.

Qualifications

2+ years in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential construction.
Experience installing bath or shower systems preferred.
Ability to accurately measure and use standard construction tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Complete bath and shower remodeling projects according to company installation standards.
Perform demolition, carpentry, trim work, and installation of acrylic bath systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Review completed projects with homeowners and provide product care instructions.
Take project photos and submit required job documentation.
Manage installation materials and maintain your tools and equipment.
Communicate effectively with the project team regarding job progress and completion.
