We seek skilled professionals with a background in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, and related trades who can deliver high-quality workmanship, proper safety, and strong customer service on each project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential construction experience.
• Experience installing bath or shower systems preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and work with standard construction tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete bath and shower remodeling projects according to company installation standards.
• Perform demolition, carpentry, trim work, and installation of acrylic bath systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Review completed projects with homeowners and provide product care instructions.
• Take project photos and submit required job documentation.
• Manage installation materials and maintain your tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the project team regarding job progress and completion.
