Job summary

Oakstone Kitchen and Bath is seeking skilled Acrylic Bath Installers to support our growing Nashville market on a 1099 contract basis. This in-person role covers Nashville and surrounding areas and offers project-based earnings.

Typical work includes installing acrylic bath/shower systems in homes, completing remodels often in one day, and maintaining a clean, professional job site while communicating with customers and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim work, or home remodeling
• Experience with bath or shower installation preferred
• Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, square)
• Skilled with power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes
• Complete bathroom remodels efficiently (often in one day)
• Follow company installation processes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project
• Educate homeowners on product care and maintenance
• Capture and submit job photos and required documentation
• Maintain tools, materials, and work vehicle
