Job summary

Oakstone Kitchen and Bath is seeking skilled Acrylic Bath Installers to support our Nashville market. This is a 1099 contractor, in-person position with earnings per job and potential for quick project completion.

Install acrylic bath and shower systems, complete remodels often in one day, and follow company quality standards. Drive to job sites, maintain tools, and document work with photos for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in carpentry, trim work, or home remodeling.
• Experience with bath or shower installation preferred.
• Ability to take accurate measurements with tape measure, level, and square.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes.
• Complete bathroom remodels efficiently (often in one day).
• Follow company installation processes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project.
• Educate homeowners on product care and maintenance.

$1,200 – $1,500 per job, depending on scope and complexity.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and total earnings will vary based on the number of jobs completed.

What We're Looking For

• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
