Burns Services Group in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to professionally install bath and shower remodeling products in customers' homes. You’ll work with high-quality, low-maintenance bath systems and uphold our standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience.
• Experience installing bathrooms, kitchens, or similar home improvement products preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and use hand and power tools.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems using carpentry and remodeling skills
• Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Complete required job documentation and submit project photos
• Load, organize, and maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate effectively with the installation team and management
