Burns Services Group in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our growing team. You will install bath and shower systems in customers' homes with a focus on quality workmanship and exceptional service.

The role is full-time, offers paid training and ongoing support, and opportunities for career growth within a respected remodeling company. You must have carpentry experience, be able to lift 100 lbs, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry/remodeling experience.
• Experience installing bathrooms or kitchens is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day.
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems with carpentry/remodeling skills.
• Follow company installation standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.
• Educate homeowners on bath system care and maintenance.
• Complete required job documentation and submit project photos.
• Load, organize, and maintain installation tools and materials.
• Communicate effectively with the installation team and management.

What You'll Do

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you'll be responsible for professionally installing bath and shower remodeling products in customers' homes while ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems using carpentry and remodeling skills

• Experience installing bathrooms, kitchens, or similar home improvement products preferred
• Ability to accurately measure and use hand and power tools
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
