Burns Services Group in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our remodeling team. You will professionally install bath and shower systems in customers' homes, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of carpentry/remodeling experience, are reliable, and comfortable working independently while meeting safety and installation standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry/remodeling or residential construction experience.
• Experience installing bathrooms or remodeling projects preferred.
• Ability to measure accurately and use hand/power tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in one day.
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems per standards.
• Follow installation standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation.
• Educate homeowners on care of their new bath system.
• Submit project photos and documentation.
• Load, organize, and maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with the installation team and management.

What You’ll Do

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you'll be responsible for professionally installing bath and shower remodeling products in customers' homes while ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems using carpentry and remodeling skills
• Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Complete required job documentation and submit project photos
• Load, organize, and maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate effectively with the installation team and management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience
• Experience installing bathrooms, kitchens, or similar home improvement products preferred
• Ability to accurately measure and use hand and power tools
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
