As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities within the Midwest and Northeast. The firm was founded in 2003 and manages real estate equity investments across the risk spectrum within a variety of investment structures on behalf of U.S. and foreign institutional investors. Stockbridge has approximately $34 billion of assets under management spanning all major real estate property types, and certain specialty property types, with an emphasis on residential and industrial space throughout the United States. The firm has offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, and Phoenix.
Total Rewards:
Competitive. The base pay scale for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Stockbridge’s base pay scale depends on geographic location, business line, years of experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. A discretionary annual bonus is also included in addition to base pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and STD & LTD insurance. Stockbridge provides a 401K plan with a match as well as generous vacation, sick time and holiday time off.
