Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, tax, or transaction advisory.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on valuation experience.
• Public accounting background preferred.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, market, income approaches) and fair value accounting concepts.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPA analyses for acquisitions per ASC 805/IFRS 3
• Coordinate with valuation specialists and internal stakeholders
• Prepare valuation models, schedules, and documentation
• Support quarterly and annual fair value assessments
• Partner with M&A, Legal, and FP&A through the transaction lifecycle
