ST | 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Technical Element Basis located OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 Across The CONUS - Southeastern United States (USA) Region supporting State Government Department Of Administration's Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) procurement and operations who's authority is managing purchasing, compliance, facilities, surplus, and advocacy services statewide.

Seeking Acquisition Support Specialist III (Key Personnel) candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NCDPC. JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) (Acquisition Support Specialist III (Key Personnel)) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as State of North Carolina (NCDPC) | North Carolina Department of Administration – Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) Generally Located In OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 and across the CONUS - Southeastern United States (USA) Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Acquisition Support Specialist III (Key Personnel) Performs advanced acquisition planning, contract management, and procurement documentation in support of complex acquisition life cycles.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Acquisition Support Specialist III (Key Personnel) | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting [NCDPC0012011] Candidates:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Eight (8) or more years of providing a broad range of complex acquisition management support services.
  • Must have the ability read and interpret each State’s acquisition policy, regulations, and directives and apply those interpretations fully and legally to all activities described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Able to analyze cost and pricing data, assistance in proposal evaluations, and assistance in preparing contract negotiations.
Skills Required
  • Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as NCMA, UPPCC or DAU.
  • Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Law, or Public Administration.
Competencies Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe). Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.
