Shirin Khorsandian State Farm is recruiting for an Acquisition Specialist to grow our local book of business from Wesley Chapel, FL. This full-time role focuses on outbound outreach, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into customers while adhering to insurance licensing requirements.

You’ll engage through calls, emails, and community events, build a pipeline of opportunities, and collaborate with the team to meet acquisition goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
